Robert Blake

Robert is a Dealing Representative at Parvis Investments Inc. with over 18 years of experience in Canadian capital markets, specializing in multifamily real estate and value-add development. Prior to joining Parvis, Robert spent senior wealth advisory roles at two independent investment dealers, developing a deep understanding of underwriting, risk assessment and the structures behind private-market investments.

Over the course of Robert’s career, Robert has advised over 550 households across Ontario and Western Canada and facilitated more than $140M in private-market allocations across real estate, private credit and alternative strategies. Robert specialises in retirement-focused portfolios, helping clients balance income, tax efficiency and estate planning goals through private-market allocations.

At Parvis, Robert works closely with investors through every stage of the process, from know-your-client and suitability review to understanding each offering’s structure, risks, liquidity terms and tax considerations. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Western University and the Canadian Securities Course and is registered with the Ontario Securities Commission as a Dealing Representative of an Exempt Market Dealer.
