Parvis Invest Inc. has completed its acquisition of Atlas One Digital Securities Inc.

Following regulatory approval and exchange acceptance, the transaction closed on August 14, 2026. Atlas One will be amalgamated with Parvis Investment Services Inc., a registered exempt market dealer, so both businesses operate under one licensed entity.

Your accounts, holdings and agreements continue exactly as they are. No action is required. Your advisor remains your point of contact, and any future change will come with clear advance notice.
