Rachel Bennett

Rachel is a Dealing Representative at Parvis Investments Inc. with over 9 years of experience in Canadian capital markets, specializing in alternative investments and diversified fund structures. Prior to joining Parvis, Rachel spent fund operations at an alternative asset manager, developing a deep understanding of underwriting, risk assessment and the structures behind private-market investments.

Over the course of Rachel’s career, Rachel has advised over 280 investors across Canada and facilitated more than $55M in private-market allocations across real estate, private credit and alternative strategies. Rachel brings an operations lens to every opportunity, examining fund governance, reporting and administration so clients know exactly how their capital is managed.

At Parvis, Rachel works closely with investors through every stage of the process, from know-your-client and suitability review to understanding each offering’s structure, risks, liquidity terms and tax considerations. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and is registered with the Ontario Securities Commission as a Dealing Representative of an Exempt Market Dealer.
