Priyank Mistry

Priyank is a Dealing Representative at Parvis Investments Inc. with over 9 years of experience in Canadian capital markets, specializing in private credit, medical receivables and yield strategies. Prior to joining Parvis, Priyank spent credit analysis roles at a national asset manager and a boutique private lender, developing a deep understanding of underwriting, risk assessment and the structures behind private-market investments.

Over the course of Priyank’s career, Priyank has advised more than 300 accredited and eligible investors and facilitated more than $60M in private-market allocations across real estate, private credit and alternative strategies. Priyank brings an analyst’s discipline to every conversation, stress-testing yield assumptions and default scenarios alongside clients.

At Parvis, Priyank works closely with investors through every stage of the process, from know-your-client and suitability review to understanding each offering’s structure, risks, liquidity terms and tax considerations. Priyank holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business and the CFA Level II designation and is registered with the Ontario Securities Commission as a Dealing Representative of an Exempt Market Dealer.
