Michael Lautru

Michael is a Dealing Representative at Parvis Investments Inc. with over 14 years of experience in Canadian capital markets, specializing in registered-plan eligible funds and fixed income alternatives. Prior to joining Parvis, Michael spent portfolio management support at a Montreal-based investment counsel firm, developing a deep understanding of underwriting, risk assessment and the structures behind private-market investments.

Over the course of Michael’s career, Michael has advised over 380 investors across Quebec and the Maritimes and facilitated more than $95M in private-market allocations across real estate, private credit and alternative strategies. Fluent in English and French, Michael serves clients in both languages and is a trusted resource for RRSP and TFSA-eligible private investments.

At Parvis, Michael works closely with investors through every stage of the process, from know-your-client and suitability review to understanding each offering’s structure, risks, liquidity terms and tax considerations. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal and is registered with the Ontario Securities Commission as a Dealing Representative of an Exempt Market Dealer.
