Michael Biscoe

Michael is a Dealing Representative at Parvis Investments Inc. with over 11 years of experience in Canadian capital markets, specializing in private equity and real estate transactions. Prior to joining Parvis, Michael spent deal execution and investor relations roles in private equity, developing a deep understanding of underwriting, risk assessment and the structures behind private-market investments.

Over the course of Michael’s career, Michael has advised more than 350 private investors and facilitated more than $75M in private-market allocations across real estate, private credit and alternative strategies. Michael is committed to providing insightful guidance and fostering long-term relationships, driven by a passion for creating value and supporting investor growth with integrity and professionalism.

At Parvis, Michael works closely with investors through every stage of the process, from know-your-client and suitability review to understanding each offering’s structure, risks, liquidity terms and tax considerations. Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University and is registered with the Ontario Securities Commission as a Dealing Representative of an Exempt Market Dealer.
