Kyle Dewaal

Kyle is a Dealing Representative at Parvis Investments Inc. with over 8 years of experience in Canadian capital markets, specializing in industrial services, SME equity and growth opportunities. Prior to joining Parvis, Kyle spent corporate development at a mid-market private equity firm, developing a deep understanding of underwriting, risk assessment and the structures behind private-market investments.

Over the course of Kyle’s career, Kyle has advised more than 250 entrepreneurs and business owners and facilitated more than $45M in private-market allocations across real estate, private credit and alternative strategies. Having worked inside operating businesses, Kyle helps investors understand the drivers behind private company valuations and exit strategies.

At Parvis, Kyle works closely with investors through every stage of the process, from know-your-client and suitability review to understanding each offering’s structure, risks, liquidity terms and tax considerations. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary and is registered with the Ontario Securities Commission as a Dealing Representative of an Exempt Market Dealer.
