Kathy Huang

Kathy is a Dealing Representative at Parvis Investments Inc. with over 13 years of experience in Canadian capital markets, specializing in private mortgage funds and secured lending. Prior to joining Parvis, Kathy spent credit risk management at a Schedule I Canadian bank, developing a deep understanding of underwriting, risk assessment and the structures behind private-market investments.

Over the course of Kathy’s career, Kathy has advised more than 400 investors in the Greater Toronto Area and facilitated more than $90M in private-market allocations across real estate, private credit and alternative strategies. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, Kathy is valued for her rigorous review of loan books, loan-to-value ratios and borrower quality.

At Parvis, Kathy works closely with investors through every stage of the process, from know-your-client and suitability review to understanding each offering’s structure, risks, liquidity terms and tax considerations. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and the CFA charter and is registered with the Ontario Securities Commission as a Dealing Representative of an Exempt Market Dealer.
