Jack Hunter

Jack is a Dealing Representative at Parvis Investments Inc. with over 12 years of experience in Canadian capital markets, specializing in income-oriented real estate and private mortgage funds. Prior to joining Parvis, Jack spent a decade in commercial mortgage origination with a Big Five Canadian bank, developing a deep understanding of underwriting, risk assessment and the structures behind private-market investments.

Over the course of Jack’s career, Jack has advised over 400 individual and family-office investors and facilitated more than $85M in private-market allocations across real estate, private credit and alternative strategies. Jack is known for walking clients line-by-line through offering memoranda so that liquidity and redemption terms are fully understood before any capital is committed.

At Parvis, Jack works closely with investors through every stage of the process, from know-your-client and suitability review to understanding each offering’s structure, risks, liquidity terms and tax considerations. Jack holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Queen’s University and is registered with the Ontario Securities Commission as a Dealing Representative of an Exempt Market Dealer.
