Blair McCreadie

Blair is a Dealing Representative at Parvis Investments Inc. with over 22 years of experience in Canadian capital markets, specializing in capital preservation, income strategies and estate-oriented planning. Prior to joining Parvis, Blair spent senior branch leadership at a national full-service brokerage, developing a deep understanding of underwriting, risk assessment and the structures behind private-market investments.

Over the course of Blair’s career, Blair has advised over 600 families and foundations and facilitated more than $180M in private-market allocations across real estate, private credit and alternative strategies. Blair’s long career through multiple market cycles shapes a measured approach centred on downside protection and sustainable income.

At Parvis, Blair works closely with investors through every stage of the process, from know-your-client and suitability review to understanding each offering’s structure, risks, liquidity terms and tax considerations. Blair holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University and the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation and is registered with the Ontario Securities Commission as a Dealing Representative of an Exempt Market Dealer.
